Refund policy

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items will not be accepted for return, such as custom products (i.e. special orders or personalized items, or any and all artwork from Fine Art prints, or Simon Borst Fine Art.. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Exchanges

Simply return the item you have, and once track and trace has been initiated, feel free to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped from the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 3 days of purchase.  

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the item is damaged no refund will be made. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
