Domestic & International Shipping Policy
Shipment processing times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days within our studio. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Our products are luxury specialty items which require more lead time. Shipping methods and times are based on the nature of the goods we sell. Our products are primarily made in the Netherlands with the exception of our linens being made in Lithuania, and our Fine Art Prints being made in South Carolina, USA, and as such, shipping times are usually 2 - 3 weeks from receipt of payment but due to unforeseen circumstances may require 4 - 6 weeks.

Our Royal Delft products are manufactured in the NL and are processed and packaged in the US at our studio prior to being sent to our customers. Lead time 4 - 6 weeks..
All Amithabha Lamps are shipped from the NL directly to our customers. Lead time 4 - 6 weeks.
Daffodils & Delft exclusive linens, including our Fashion line are made in Lithuania, processed in the US, and shipped directly to our customers. Lead time 7 - 14 business days, depending upon your location. Exceptions may apply.
Lia Fletcher jewelry is hand made in the NL and shipped directly to our customers from the NL. Lead time 4 - 6 weeks..
Simon Borst Fine Art is shipped directly from Simon to our customers. Lead time 4 - 6 weeks.
Our Fine Art Prints are manufactured in the US and take 7 - 14 days for our customers to receive on average.
Please note: These shipping times are dependent upon individual circumstances involving our individual partners. Every effort will be made to ship merchandise in a timely manner which usually takes between 2 - 3 weeks. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipping times may be extended to 4 - 6 weeks.

In addition, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone..
Shipping rates
We cannot offer overnight nor 2 - 3 day nor 3 - 5 due to our products being of a specialized nature. We kindly ask for your patience in return.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Daffodils & Delft ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Daffodils & Delft is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages
Daffodils & Delft is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend purchasing insurance to protect your item(s).
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
